Elise Dechannes has experienced the joy of pursuing a career fuelled by passion in Champagne since 2008. Coming from a long line of winemakers, she studied at the prestigious Reims Business School and initially worked in banking before deciding to return to her roots in 2006. Well aware of the natural treasure she has inherited, and which she will pass on in turn one day, Elise Dechannes produces wines with the greatest respect for the environment and the people who work at her side. Treatments are limited to a minimum, weeding is manual, the harvest is meticulously sorted and the entire vineyard is in the process of converting to organic methods, while maintaining a biodynamic approach. In the winery, the winemaking process reflects this ethos, creating powerful, complex, fruity wines which are also mineral, lively and vibrant. A new star in the making to keep an eye on!
