Founded in 2009, Domaine des Hautes Glaces is a French farm distillery specializing in the production of whisky and brandy. Its whisky is produced entirely from local organic products and the grains - barley, rye and spelt - are grown on-site. The estate also has its own malting floor and uses water from the property’s own stream. The whiskies are aged in cognac, Vin Jaune and French new oak casks.

Domaine des Hautes Glaces Tekton is a French single malt aged for four years in Saint-Joseph Blanc casks. It is produced from barley grown in Les Gabert. Bottled exclusively to mark the 60th anniversary of La Maison du Whisky, this is a limited edition of 270 bottles.
