To create this Givry, the owners of Clos Salomon are committed to growing their Pinot Noir vines sustainably, harvesting it in 10kg cases to avoid damaging the grapes. Matured for a year on fine lees, it is ruby red in colour and its bouquet is marked by fruity and lightly toasted notes. Its mellow and silky texture means it can be enjoyed in its youth and announced the potential of all the wines crafted by this appellation’s emblematic domain.
