About the producer

Rino Sottimano acquired this domaine in 1975 and was joined by his son Andrea in 1994. The domaine places a great emphasis on tending its vines and cultivating its various terroirs organically. Combining tradition and modernity, the domaine ages its wines in barrels, following the Burgundy method (20% in new barrels), rejecting large barrels as incompatible with the ethos of the domaine. The wines are not filtered or fined.

About the wine

This cuvée produced from old vines should be enjoyed in the next three years, enjoyed for its fruitiness.
