Champagne | 2008 vintage
A fairly cold vintage, marked by rain. Nothing of real interest, although 2008 produced wines with a good level of concentration. A combination of rigorous selection plus a boost from better weather conditions in the second half of September: the sun and especially the heat enabled the grapes to ripen sufficiently.
