An outstanding vintage. The climatic conditions of spring an early budburst and flowering. Thanks to the lovely weather in the summer, the grapes were exceptionally ripe very early on in the middle of September. The red wines are brilliantly coloured. Fleshy and harmonious, they have a nice bouquet. The red wines are brilliantly coloured. The white wines are generous, rich and fragrant. 1971 is amongst the very great vintages.
