Bordeaux | 1986 vintage
An extraordinary vintage both in quality and quantity. Perfectly mature grapes, particularly the Cabernet Sauvignon, made phenomenally strong wines with an unlimited cellaring capacity. The red wines are extremely rich with an impressive tannic structure. The great wines of Médoc and Graves are majestic and comparable to the best vintages of the century: 1982, 1961 and 1929. The dry white wines are incredibly long on the palate. The sweet wines have an unforgettable richness.
