Bordeaux | 1968 vintage
A mediocre year in which a record amount of rain was recorded during August. The constant rain in September produced diluted wines, thin and lacking in character. There were a certain amount of good wines for Châteaux Figeac, Cantemerle, Mission Haut-Brion, Haut-Brion and Latour. The harvest proved to be catastrophic for the sweet wines, which were acidic.
