Thomas Boccon

Thomas Boccon was born in Dijon, at the heart of Burgundy, and underwent a rigorous apprenticeship at the emblematic Domaine François Mikulski in Meursault. He worked there from 2011 alongside completing his viticulture training in Beaune. His dynamic and inquisitive nature led him to continue learning by gaining further experience abroad, particularly in New Zealand. Upon his return to France, Thomas worked with French vineyards such as Domaine des Croix before returning to Domaine François Mikulsk, where he oversaw all stages of viticulture and vinification. This is how, in 2016, when he was barely thirty, he decided to set up his Haute Couture micro-trade. He meticulously selects premium quality grapes from the Côte d’Or Meursault and Meursault Poruzots appellations in Burgundy. He draws inspiration from his precise work at Domaine François Mikulsk to produce chiselled, fresh and pure wines.
