Produttori del Barbaresco is a cooperative which was founded in 1894 by Domizio Cavazza, who is now considered to be the father of Barbaresco. The two world wars stifled opportunities for growth and the cellar did not begin to thrive again until the late 1950s. Today, it encompasses approximately one hundred hectares and is renowned for its authentic, traditional, elegant wines.
