Vosne-Romanée, Echezeaux, Gevrey-Chambertin…Domaine Jean-Pierre Guyon has 8.5 hectares of vines spanning some of Burgundy's finest terroirs. The domain was created in the pre-war period by jean-Pierre and Michel Guyon's grandfather in the purest regional tradition. The two brothers took up the domain in the 1990s and they now know every one of its vines. Growing organically for a long time, the domain is currently transitioning to biodynamics (2020). Vinifications take place with whole harvests of Pinot Noir, whatever the vintage or the cuvée, giving the wine remarkable style and precision. Sulphur is added with great precaution.
