The wine
The stony parcels of deep-soiled vineyards producing Mercurey go up to an altitude of 350 metres. The deep and fine reds are dark-coloured with garnet tinges. They have characteristic aromas of red fruits with leather and game undertones. The wines of Mercurey have body, substance, bouquet, finesse and distinction.
