A White Horse from the 1960s imported by B.A.P. to the French market. At the time, B.A.P. was White Horse’’s exclusive distributor in France. White Horse is a very popular blend that notably includes malt from Lagavulin, the famous Islay distillery bought in 1862 by Peter Mackie’’s uncle John Logan Mackie.
About the Producer White Horse Distillers Ltd
An iconic brand founded by the former owner of Lagavulin, Peter Mackie. White Horse was named after the White Horse Inn, which the Mackie family opened in 1650. The brand has a special aura, as part of the whisky used in its oldest blends comes from the legendary closed distillery Malt Mill.
