The wine
Renowned around the globe, the Ramonet estate has been run by successive generations of the family, thus ensuring the traditional quality of its wines lives on. The Chassagne-Montrachet Premier Cru Clos de la Boudriotte is similar to the red wines of Chassagne-Montrachet, highly concentrated and complex.
About the Producer Ramonet
Jean-Claude and Noël safeguard the 17-hectare property created bit by bit by their grandfather Pierre Ramonet in the 1920s, a Burgundian figure. Noël (in the cellar) and Jean-Claude (in the vineyard) took over the domain in 1984. They are the third generation and want to get the best out of the terroir. It is one of the most renowned domain of the appellation for both quality and finesse of its wines.
