Jerez (Xerez, Sherry) East India Solera Emilio Lustau
The wine
This Xérès takes its name from the unique Solera ageing process practised during the time when barrels were transported on British ships to the bars of the Indies. This superb, sweet and lightly fortified wine has complex and intense notes of dried fruit and caramel. It is made for a moment of meditation and can be enjoyed on its own, after a meal or with a dessert.
About the Producer Emilio Lustau
