Vin de France Les Terres Blanches Stéphane Bernaudeau 2012
The wine
Les Terres Blanches is produced from old vines (almost 80 years). It is very pure with aromas of ripe fruit (quince), excellent balance, and very good length.
About the Producer Stéphane Bernaudeau
Stéphane Bernaudeau, who works for Domaine Mark Angeli, also owns just over 2 hectares of vines in Anjou in the Martigné-Briand district. This small-scale concern has been very successful and it is hard to get hold of bottles of its Chenin cuvées as their quality is so high. These wines have a distinctive depth, energy and minerality. We can highly recommend wines from this outstanding producer.
