Once harvested, the grapes are destemmed and crushed. Maceration of the skins lasts 8 to 10 days before fermentation. Aging takes place in oak barrels of different sizes, for 18 months.
In colour, it’s ruby red, with hints of a darker garnet. On the nose its floral with red fruit aromas and added spice. On the palate, it is intense with a pleasant finish.
