A superb biodynamic Riesling: combining opulence with great tension. This is a fantastic food-wine, best paired with light, fleshy dishes like scallops with saffron risotto.
More infoThis Riesling amply rewards the domain for their biodynamic certification, allowing the ferrous clay-limestone terroir to intricately express itself in the grape. The fruit undergoes a long whole-cluster pressing and the wine is left for a lengthy maturation on its fine lees in oak barrels. This is an unctuous wine with great tension, coming into its own alongside a plate of fleshy seafood. Pair with scallops.
