0.75L
Intensity
Les Trois Roches ("The Three Rocks") Moulin-à-Vent is the cru with the greatest potential to age, and which is the closest in style to its neighbours in Burgundy. This cuvée expresses a combination of finesse and power. A blend of three plots, this is a full-bodied, well-balanced wine: Rochegrès gives it finesse, Roche Noire brings vivacity and fruit, while Rochelle delivers power.

About the Producer Domaine du Vissoux
Domaine du Vissoux is currently managed by Pierre-Marie and Martine Chermette. Situated in Beaujolais, in Saint Vérand-Le-Vissoux, the production consists of a wide range of wines such as Moulin à Vent, Brouilly, and Beaujolais. Vinification is carried out in a magnificent vaulted cellar with large oak casks that were made by Pierre-Marie Chermette's great grandfather. Every effort has been made to preserve the cellar's character. Pierre Marie Chermette has never left his native region; born in Vissoux, he obtained his DNO (State Oenology Diploma) in 1980 from the University of Lyon and took over his parents' property at the age of 22. As passionate about wine as he is about his region, he devotes himself full-time to managing the Domaine. As for Martine, after completing her studies in Business, she joined the team in 1990 and quickly developed the domain's export sales. The Chermettes have found success through combining traditional and modern approaches. They have firmly established themselves amongst Beaujolais' most reputable producers.
