Intensity

The cuvee Marie Kattalin is a tonic, astoundingly fresh wine. On the nose, it has an intense and complex bouquet of exotic fruit (mango, pineapple, papaya) and yellow fruit aromas (peach, apricot). On the palate, this wine is rich, suave, fruity yet retains its freshness. The finish is long and lingering. To produce this pure Petit Manseng nectar of the gods, the Hégoburu family pressed the grapes within an hour of their harvest. During vinification, the berries oxygenate naturally in new oak barrels.
