Intensity
A double-faceted rosé: with its purity and finesse, it can be enjoyed as a pre-dinner drink or savoured with flavourful dishes thanks to its body and viscosity.
More infoThis rosé is a blend of three grape varieties: Mourvèdre (which makes up the majority of the blend), Grenache and Cinsault.
It comes from the terroirs of Terrasses du Larzac, which are cooled by northerly winds coming from the Larzac plateau. Mas Cal Demoura holds organic and biodynamic certificates and is an important Languedoc domain.
This rosé is reminiscent of those produced in Bandol. It contains aromas of red fruits, citrus fruits, and flowers as well as a mineral undercurrent. Serve it at 10°C-12°C with pre-dinner nibbles or with flavourful dishes such as sushi or spiced Indian cuisine. A delicious rosé to be enjoyed in its youth!

About the Producer Mas Cal Demoura
Mas Cal Demoura, located around thirty kilometres west of Montpellier, was created by Jean-Pierre Jullien in the 1970s. The domain was taken over in 2003 by Isabelle and Vincent Goumard, two passionate oenologists. Today, the vineyard covers 14 hectares and produces around 40,000 bottles a year. The vines are cultivated with great care in accordance with organic principles (certified since 2010): ploughing, organic soil amendments, grassing, organic treatments, low yields (around 25-30 hl/ha). In the winery, vinification is on a per-parcel basis, using native yeasts. This lovely domain is part of the new wave which is making Terrasses du Larzac one of France's most dynamic appellations. The domain's wines are characterised by their fruit, depth, finesse and dynamism.
