This Premier Cru Les Saint-Georges presents very pure fruit aromas, along with roasted, spicy notes and animal nuances too (musk and fur). On the palate, its structure is powerful while remaining elegant. This cuvée may be drunk young, but will benefit from being aged for a few years.
About the Producer Robert Chevillon
Domaine Chevillon, in Nuits-Saint-Georges, was created in the 1900s by Symphorien Chevillon. Since 2003, the brothers Denis and Bertrand have been running this 13-hectare farm. Although the domaine is discrete, its wines are no less famous and sought-after (especially for export). They are characterised by very beautiful fruit, subtle élevage and great finesse.
