Intensity
One of the most renowned premier cru locations in Pommard which we love for its perfect power - tannic balance.
More infoThe premier cru vineyard of Les Rugiens is one of the two best-known premier cru climats in the appellation. To make this intense, aromatic and age-worthy wine, the berries are harvested by hand and cold macerated prior to fermentation. After this the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation and élevage of between eight and twelve months in oak barrels. Its rounded but delicate texture and elegant tannin grain make for a delightful wine.
