Château Dalem 1998
The wine
Expressive and particularly fresh, this cuvée boasts an intense nose of fruit such as plum and black cherry, not to mention some mineral and vegetal notes. The mouth is ripe with velvet tannins and the long finish makes it an ideal pairing for fine dishes. Lie it down for several years to give it time to evolve.
About the Producer Château Dalem
Château Dalem, located in the Fronsac appellation, belonged to the same family for three centuries before changing hands. It was in fact bought by Mr. Rullier who then passed the property down to his daughter Brigitte. The wines are elegant and delicate.
