More infoThis cuvée is made with Chardonnay grapes from a grand cru classified terroir and vinified in vats (70%) and wood (30%). The property has decided against malolactic fermentation and instead the wine is left to rest on the lees, in bottles, for between four and five years. It has crisp, citrus and white flower notes and a delicious buttery quality, from its time on the lees. A fresh, lively, taut and mineral cuvée with impressive persistence.
