The history of Magnan la Gaffelière dates back to 1777, when its owner who was then a cooper at La Gaffelière used to sell his wine to Horeau Beylot, a wine dealer in Libourne. Today the estate covers 10 hectares in Saint-Emilion, located on gentle sandy slopes and at the foot of these slopes.
