The wine
This blend of Merlot, Cabernet-Sauvignon, Cabernet-Franc and Malbec is fermented in thermoregulated cement vats. Half of the harvest is raised in barriques and the other half in cuves so as to preserve the fruit aromas and the fresh characteristics. Know that this can be enjoyed young!
About the Producer Marjosse
While he already owns Château Cheval Blanc, Pierre Lurton takes particular care of his personal property, Château Marjosse, which has has owned since 1997. The estate now spans 60 hectares. Although it is situated in the Entre-Deux-Mers, his terroir closely resembles that of Saint-Emilion. The wines are sought after for thei immediate drinkability.
