Lot presentation

Côtes du Jura Chardonnay La Bardette Labet (Domaine) 2019

The wine

This Jura Chardonnay has a pale gold colour from which mineral and citrus notes emanate. The palate is energetic, marked by an acidity that gives the wine a chiselled profile. This wine has a long, saline finish and can be aged for more than ten years in the cellar. To create it, the domain carried out an élevage on lees in used oak barrels. The minerality of this wine makes it the perfect companion for seafood dishes.
