The wine
This Cabernet Sauvignon has been matured for 5 months in French and American oak barrels. When accompanied by grilled meat and/or roast winter vegetables, this cuvée will offer seductive aromas of red and black berries and sweet spices (vanilla, cinnamon) and its rounded, supple palate. This wine needs to be drunk in its first ten years.
