The wine
This Pomerol is blended from Merlot and the higher-maintenance Cabernet Franc. The former gives the wine its finesse, body and fruitiness while the latter adds a beautifully supple and appealingly rounded quality.
About the Producer Feytit Lagrave
This château belongs to an iconic woman of Bordeaux vineyards : Catherine Pergé-Vergé. Passionate about the terroir of Pomerol, in the 1980s, she decided to create the vineyards with the same name. She thus purchased seven châteaux, including that of Feytit-Lagrave, whose small production whets the interest of informed enthusiasts.
