Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru Les Combettes François Carillon 2010
The wine
This cuvée comes from Chardonnay vines planted in 1976 and 1992. It is fresh from the attack with notes of citrus and white flowers, then making way for a deep, round, almost unctuous texture. Its finish is striking with its toasted and buttery notes, proof of a perfectly mastered maturation.
