Saint-Aubin Premier Cru En Rémilly is a high-quality wine which affords immediate pleasure. It is élevaged for 10 months in French oak barrels. Its bouquet expresses aromas of white and yellow fruits and citrus. The palate lends generosity and a perfect balance, with a refined tension.

About the Producer Marc Colin

Of the many Colins in Burgundy, Domaine Marc Colin is perhaps the most famous. This Saint-Aubin farm has asserted its reputation thanks to his high-flying whites. The domaine has an impressive collection of terroirs in Chassagne and several works of the mythical Montrachet. It is now his children who are at the head of the domaine: Caroline, Damien and Joseph. The quest for precision and accuracy is impressive, whether in the vineyard, during vinification or in the élevage. The red wines are also of a very high quality. A location which is not-to-be-missed in the Côte de Beaune.
