The wine
This wine comes from a small plot of fifty-year-old vines. The bouquet delivers aromas of black berries with mineral notes. The mouth reveals considerable refinement and precision, with silky tannins and remarkable length.
About the Producer Dupont-Tisserandot
Domaine Dupont-Tisserandot has been run by the same family for four generations. It was bought by the Domaine Faiveley in 2013 but the teams remained in place, particularly Marie Françoise Guillard and Patricia Chevillon, who run the domaine. The 20 hectare vineyard has vines ranging from relatively old to old and it includes 20 different appellations. It extends from the north of the Côte de Nuits in Marsannay to the Côte de Beaune in Savigny-lès-Beaune.
