The wine
Marsannay is a wine village with a rich history. In 630, the vineyard was part of the Abbey of Bèze. Several centuries later, in 1158, is created the Monastery Saint-Urbain, now disappeared. In July 1443, near the tree of Charlemagne, in a place called the House, Stone Beaufremont, one of the great lords of Burgundy, gave the most famous tournament in Christendom. The white Marsannay, a beautiful golden noses have open and frank, referring to the banana, pineapple and lemon grass. In a flexible, wide and bold, these white wines are remarkably persistent.
