The wine
The wine is aged for 12 months in oak barrels. It develops aromas of dark fruits and spices, boasting perfect balance between its tannic structure and wonderful freshness and minerality.
About the Producer L'Inclassable
The 'Inclassable' is made from a vineyard created in the 19th century. This family-run estate has been overseen by five generations of the Fauchey family. Because this château already shared its name with another, it had to be renamed. Rémy Fauchey, the current owner, decided to christen his wine the 'Inclassable'. Located in the municipality of Prignac, this vineyard grows on land comprised of a gravelly and clay-limestone rounded hilltop, and is home to vines aged on average 40 years. The Inclassable is a Cru Bourgeois du Médoc.
