The wine
Latricières-Chambertin is produced from 60-year-old vines. The fermentation process is traditional and low intervention and new barrels are used for élevage. This wine is in a clean style, with fruity and mineral notes on the nose and a very pure palate.
About the Producer Arnoux-Lachaux
Domaine Arnoux-Lachaux was founded in 1858 and has been run by five successive generations. Currently, Florence and Pascal Lachaux are at the helm (since 1995) of the operation. The vineyards cover just under 15 hectares and appellations: Vosne-Romanée, Clos-de-Vougeot, Nuits-Saint-Georges, Chambolle-Musigny, Echezaux, and Romanée-Saint-Vivant. The vines are maintained with grass cover, the yields have been mastered and thus, the quality of the wines has been further increased. A Côte des Nuits domaine which is not to be missed.
