Chambolle-Musigny 1er Cru Les Gruenchers Dujac (Domaine) 2010
The wine
Les Gruenchers is a superb premier cru classé climat in the commune of Chambolle-Musigny. Domaine Dujac provides a brilliant interpretation of this vineyard. Through the tightly packed substance, the tannins seduce the palate with their exceptional texture.
About the Producer Dujac
Jacques Seysses created Domaine Dujac in 1968 by purchasing 4.5 hectares. He is also associated with Aubert de Villaine in the Var (Triennes). Today Jacques's children are the directors of the Domaine Dujac, Jeremy, his wife Diana (an American enologist) and Alec Seysses. The domaine, certified in organic farming, extends over 15 hectares in the largest terroirs of the Côte de Nuits and especially Morey-Saint-Denis. The domaine's wines have excellent aging potential and are characterised by great complexity and delicacy.
