Arbois Ploussard Adeline Houillon & Renaud Bruyère 2012
The wine
Adeline Houillon and Renaud Bruyère are renowned for their biodynamic production and natural winemaking. This wine made with a native grape variety par excellence, Ploussard (also called Poulsard) has fine fruity elegance. Accessible when young, it also benefits from being kept for several years in the cellar. It will pair beautifully with vegetable gratin or small game.
About the Producer Renaud Bruyère & Adeline Houillon
Adeline Houillon and Renaud Bruyère created their domain in 2011 with 75 hundred square metres of vines close to Arbois. The vineyard has since expanded and now spans 5 hectares. They grow local varieties such as Savagnin, Trousseau and Chardonnay following biodynamic principles and vinify them as naturally as possible. They strive to find the perfect balance between terroir, vintage and grape variety.
