Bourgueil Vingt Lieux Dits Domaine du Bel Air 2018
The wine
Following its organic principles and its commitment to producing clean wines through natural vinification, the Bel Air domain offers a Bourgeuil matured in two- and three-wine barrels for a year. It has an intense, ruby appearance from which emanate varied fruity and earthy notes. Concentrated, the palate also reveals a pleasant freshness and a sapid finish that makes it particularly indulgent.
About the Producer Domaine de Bel Air
It was in 1995 when the owner Pierre Gauthier produced his first vintage in this domain of the Loire valley. Over time, he achieved a solid reputation thanks to his work and his profound wines. Today he is assisted by his son Rodolphe and both insist on applying methods which respect the environment.
