Château Providence (La Providence) 2001
The wine
This wine is both powerful and delicate, typical of its appellation. The nose is complex, ranging from dark fruit to truffle. The palate is characterised by its imposing and elegant tannic structure. This cuvee needs to be laid down for some time before expressing its full potential, perfect for example with refined lamb or game dishes.
