Rully Clos de Bellecroix Domaine de la Folie 1979
The wine
Clos de Bellecroix has aromas of red and dark berries (raspberry, strawberry, cherry, blackcurrant). The palate is just as fruity and delicious with a very nice texture. The fresh and tangy finish is pleasantly long.
About the Producer Domaine de la Folie
Domaine de la Folie, located in Chagny, between Bouzeron and Rully, has been owned by the Noël-Bouton family for three centuries. It was Etienne-Jules Marey, a doctor and the inventor of chronophotography, (ancestor of the camera) who first showcased the family farm. This domaine produces interesting wines, especially some very elegant white wines.
