The wine
Muriel Giudicelli produces a Muscat of great aromatic purity. This is made from a particularly tasty grape variety: Muscat à petits grains. It gives delicious floral and fruity notes, perfectly balancing the "sugary" aspect of the wine. Superb both as an aperitif and with a dessert ... or just alone.
About the Producer Domaine Giudicelli
Located in the Poggio d’Oletta village, in the heart of the Patrimonio appellation, Muriel Giudicuelli is a key ambassador for biodynamic winemaking in northern Corsica? This energetic woman produces racy wines, much the reflection of their terroir. Vinifications are gentle (slow, direct pressings for the rosés), the élevage for the domain’s reds are long (between 18 and 22 months depending on the year). The vinifications are practically “natural”.
