The wine
Michel Niellon's Chassagne-Montrachet Village presents an attractive toasted nose and a ripe, full-bodied, rich palate with plenty of fruit. A lovely Burgundy.
About the Producer Michel Niellon
Domaine Michel Niellon is spread over 7.5 hectares, planted with 2/3 Chardonnay and the rest in Pinot Noir, with very old vines with low yields. The wines of the domaine are of fine quality with exceptional material, and a honeydew richness. This small domaine of Burgundy is quite famous and its bottles are becoming rare on the market.
