The wine
This Pinot Noir "Harmonie" is only produced during exceptional years, from vines grown on the most favoured terroir in the Zusslin estate; its south-facing aspect provides the perfect conditions for grape maturation. This domaine takes especial pains to rigorously sort the fruit during after picking. To drink, it is light with joyous hints of spice and fruit. Oak barrel maturation contributes to the presence of finely grained tanins and refined nature of this cuvée, which amply rewards a few years in the cellar.
