Château Destieux Grand Cru Classé 1966
The wine
Still very strongly-coloured, full-bodied and tannic, these wines offer an elegant structure and develop very rich, fruity aromas. They have a good potential to improve with age.
About the Producer Château Destieux
Château Destieux is an 8-hectare domain located at the second highest point of Saint-Emilion. From the top of its plateau, it overlooks the whole vineyard. The domain is owned by the Dauriac family. Advised by Michel Rolland, it is a very interesting Saint-Emilion, especially in great vintages like 2005 or 2010.
