Corton-Charlemagne Grand Cru Joseph Drouhin 1998
The wine
The Corton-Charlemagne Grand Cru of Maison Joseph Drouhin comes from the hill which overlooks the village of Aloxe-Corton, facing east. The nose is subtle, expressing notes of roses, citrus fruits, almond, honey and spices. On the palate, the wine stands out for its fine balance and a long, complex finish.
