Château Les Justices is owned by the Médeville family whom we have to thank for Château Gilette, matured for 20 years in cement tanks. Château Les Justices is a superb, smooth sauternes with a wonderful syrupy texture.

This classy cru is aged in barrels and displays a beautiful golden shade, an intense nose and wonderful aromas of pineapple, peach and cream.A beautifully constructed bouquet with no excess sweetness, it can be aged for many years.
