Information
The Sangiovese vines, nestled at a high altitude, benefit from a balanced exposure and the Mediterranean sea air which allows the grapes to reach unprecedented ripeness. The vines, growing on mineral-rich soils, primarily composed of clay, thrive thanks to the benefits of healthy and sustainable viticulture. In the cellar, vinification is carried out using a low-intervention method to allow the Sangiovese grapes to naturally express their flavours. The grapes undergo alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats and maceration for 20 to 28 days. Finally, the wine is aged in oak barrels for several months before being bottled.
The ruby-red unveils intense garnet-red glints promising an intense bouquet. The nose is marked by aromas of spice with notes of ripe red fruits. The rich and elegant palate reveals fine tannins leading to a generous and long finish.
