Information
The Vosne-Romanée appellation, renowned the world over, is the source of exquisite Premier Crus capable of rivalling the finest. The Les Suchots climat, which according to legend was the first candidate for Grand Cru status, is planted with Pinot Noir vines averaging around thirty years of age. Each parcel benefits from organic cultivation methods. The hand-picked fruit is carefully vinified, limiting both intervention and the addition of sulphur to the minimum.
The deep red colour reveals a captivating bouquet, harmoniously combining red fruit aromas with subtle hints of liquorice. The full, generous palate affirms the aromas of the nose, with notes of undergrowth, gently leading to a lingering, delicious finish. This 100% Pinot can be enjoyed young, while also offering excellent cellaring potential.
