Information
Planted on over four hectares of land, Fanny Sabre’s estate, consisting of several parcels of vines stretching over some of the finest terroirs in Burgundy, including Beaune, Savigny-lès-Beaune, Meursault, Volnay and Pommard. The Pinot Noir vines are meticulously cultivated, including ploughing, organic treatments and precise yield control, guaranteeing the finest quality raw material. The vines rise on sloping limestone and marl soils, and enjoy an ideal exposure to the east and south-east. The hand-picked fruit is vinified following traditional methods with minimal doses of sulphur, and fermentation is triggered by native yeasts.
The ruddy-red colour reveals an expressive bouquet characterised by subtle notes of red fruit. The perfectly structured palate displays delicate tannins combined with subtle fruity aromas culminating in a long, elegant and persistent finish. This superb Burgundy wine can be cellared for up to ten years.
